Things to Know!

Online Booking:
To reserve your spot in a class, please sign up online beforehand. Classes tend to fill up quickly, so reserving your spot is important. You can book for the day, week or month.

Signing In:
Please remember to sign in when you come in for class. You can enter your phone number, email or scan your barcode.

CrossFit Foundation Classes:
There are four CrossFit foundations classes designed to set you up for success at DeltaTrain, each with a different topic. These classes run Tuesday/Thursday at 7:30pm and Saturday at 12pm. The topics can be found on our website, under “schedule”

Please note:  You do not need Foundations to jump into one of our Burn classes (however it’s always recommended).

Term Memberships:
When purchasing a 6 month or 12 month term please note we require 30 days notice to cancel. Unfulfilled terms are subject to a cancellation fee based on the number of months used at the discounted rate.
