It’s that time of year! We’re gearing up for the 2019 CrossFit Open in just 7 weeks time. Whether or not you’re thinking about participating we’re going to get all of you ready with a focus on conditioning WODs to build up your aerobic and anaerobic energy systems with a side layer of smart accessories to make sure you move with purpose. What this really means is that this program is designed to help you push harder, for longer.
