rest 4 minutes between workouts

“Death by KB Swings” (10min cap)
*start at 4 reps
** Perform 6 KB Swings at minute 1, 7 at reps minute 2, 8 reps at minute 3, ….. etc. for as long as you are able to complete the reps in the minute allotted.
****once you’ve hit your max and can’t complete the allotted number in the minute, continue until the 10min mark with 5 burpees each minute

“Death by Push Ups” (10min cap)
*start at 4 push ups
**once you’ve hit your max and can’t complete the allotted number in the minute, continue until the 10min mark with 5 burpees each minute

“Death by Sit Ups” (10min cap)
*start at 4 sit ups
**once you’ve hit your max and can’t complete the allotted number in the minute, continue until the 11min mark with 5 burpees each minute
