Burn

Burn will start a hypertrophy phase (building lean muscle) to get you ready for the Summer! To achieve this each set must be completed to near failure, meaning the very last rep of each exercise within a set must be where you’re hitting fatigue/failure. You can keep this month’s programming more Burn-like by choosing lighter weights where you won’t get to that failure point.

Phase 1: 20sec on, 20sec off x10 sets
