May/June 2019 Program
We want to say congrats to everyone who put in the work over the last month with our higher volume program over the month of May. We saw a lot of new 3RM PR’s!
Transitioning into June we’ll be focusing on controlling the movement and range of motion for our main lifts with tempo work for back squats, bench press and deadlifts. On alternating days we’ll continue to build up our Snatch and Clean & Jerk with lots of accessory and technique work.
